Is it really free for individuals?
Yes. No credit card, no trial, no catch. Individuals do not pay — documenting, sharing with an attorney or advocate, and the first professional-review packet are free. Attorneys pay for their own workspace.
Does an invited attorney need to pay to view my records?
An approved attorney with an accepted, active invitation can view the records you chose to share without a paid plan. Editing tools, exports, and other paid workflows are separate. Approval alone does not give access to your records.
What's the Charter Firm program?
We're onboarding Charter Firms personally. $597/month locked for 12 months, then $897/month. Up to 5 seats.
How is Firm different from Solo?
Firm is a shared workspace for up to 5 logins. Solo is one attorney. Matter counts are not metered.
Why don't you sell to DV organizations?
Organizations are referral partners. People they refer get full access at no cost to the org or to them.
